It was only a matter of time before the Food Network got into the restaurant business it is always so busy promoting. The first Foot Network Kitchen’ opened in the Fort Lauderdale airport in 2012, and while it lacks traditional wait service, it has an impeccable modern décor and a tasty natural/organic focused menu packed with regional favorites. Stars of the menu include the Cuban breakfast burrito (featuring all-natural ham and roast pork, Gruyère, and scrambled organic cage free eggs) and the Florida Shrimp Po’ Boy (stacked with hand-breaded coconut shrimp, Key lime tartar sauce and organic green leaf lettuce on a brioche roll).
The Food Network Kitchen serves a full bar and has a handy grab-and-go area.
